Digging through my old hard-drive for that Sailor Moon pic yesterday, I came across quite a few “lost” costume pics from a decade ago.
I don’t have a date on this one, though I’m thinking it’s sometime in 2001 also, very early on in my costuming making. I bought this costume off ebay – Sailor Mars:
I tossed on a wig I had and my Asuka shoes and took a few shots. But – I really didn’t like it. I turned around and sold it on ebay and after that realised that I was happier making my own stuff.
Back in the present, I kicked some Lady Blackhawk butt last night, got everything cut out and got the jacket put together. I need help getting it fitted though – and I need to get a zipper, I didn’t get one yesterday (d’oh). Also need to order my base hat.
